From 24th December to 4th January 2020, Sushi Wakon will be serving a special Holiday Omakase Course only
Holiday Omakase Course: 30,000 yen
Omakase Course: Appetizers, Nigiri sushi and rolled sushi: 25,000 yen
Nigiri Course (Lunch only): Nigiri sushi and soup: 18,000 yen
10% consumption tax and 15% service charge will be added.
The lineup of world-class sakes at Sushi Wakon has been curated to be both a perfect complement to the cuisine, and as an homage to the career of Chef Rei Masuda.
Each brewery represented on the list is located between the cities of Tokyo and Kyoto to reflect Chef Masuda’s professional journey which began as a teenager in Kyushu, before he moved to Tokyo to learn under the legendary chef Jiro Ono.
Meticulous care is taken to maintain perfect storage conditions for these prized, trophy sakes to ensure that their unique characteristics and flavor profiles are optimized to perfectly compliment the sushi.

Dinner: First seating 5:30 pm / Second seating 8:00 pm
